Using Timestamped Transcripts in Podscan

Podscan's transcript system helps you analyze podcast content efficiently. Every word links to its exact moment in the audio, making research and monitoring simple.

Transcript with Search

The Basics

Open any episode to see its transcript. Toggle timestamps on or off with the switch at the top. Each timestamp (like 00:16:47.230 ) shows exactly when words were spoken.

The search bar lets you find any word or phrase instantly. Results highlight as you type. Click any timestamp to jump to that moment in the audio.

- Retranscription will re-transcribe the whole show (or transcribe it it for the first time if it hasn't been transcribed yet).
- Reanalysis will re-run speaker detection, summarization, and keyword extraction.
- Suggest correction will open a panel that allows you to suggest a specific change we should make about this episode.
